The Bachelor of Medical Radiology and Imaging Technology (BMRIT) is a 4-year undergraduate programme designed to develop competent and skilled professionals in the field of diagnostic imaging and radiological sciences.
Offered by Baddi University of Emerging Sciences and Technology, under School of Medical Sciences, this programme is aligned with the guidelines and curriculum framework prescribed by the National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions (NCAHP), ensuring adherence to national standards in allied healthcare education.
The programme integrates rigorous academic framework with extensive practical training, enabling students to build strong theoretical foundations along with hands-on expertise in Radiology. It focuses on radiological procedures, patient care, radiation safety, and the operation of advanced imaging technologies. Students are trained to carry out various diagnostic imaging procedures using advanced machines such as X-ray, CT, and MRI, while ensuring patient safety and proper use of radiation, to help doctors diagnose and treat diseases effectively.

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates seeking admission must meet the following requirements:
- Candidate must have passed Senior Secondary (10+2) or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry & Biology subjects.
- He/she has completed 17 years of age at the time of admission or will complete that age on or before 31 December of the year of his/her admission to the first year of the Undergraduate Allied and Healthcare Course.
- Admission on the basis of merit of Senior Secondary (10+2).
- For lateral entry: Lateral Entry to the candidates in second year (3rd semester) who have passed Diploma in same discipline.
