I would like to invite all the students who want to peruse their careers in the management field to one of India’s leading universities, with the vision to provide excellent service to their students for their all-round development. We at Baddi University committed to providing the best service to our students which helps the students to enhance their skills and make them ready for meeting all the challenges ahead in the corporate world. Our teaching pedagogy includes interactive classroom teaching, live practical assignments, seminars, and regular case-based teaching methodology. Along with the classroom teaching, we invite eminent speakers from the industry who regularly visit our campus and update the students about the current practices prevailing in the corporate world. We have excellent infrastructure on our campus with a fully equipped ICT facility. Along with the regular theoretical classes we pay emphasis on live assignments which integrate the theoretical concept with a practical approach, for this, we have a tie-up, MOU with the industry concerned. We at the School of Management conduct regular seminars and workshops for our students on the latest and emerging topics. The syllabus is regularly updated in consultation with the industry and academic expert as per the current industry requirements. The focused is to develop and inculcates the required knowledge, skill, and attitude which meet the expectation of the corporate world. Our round-the-clock service is based on the mentor and mentee concept in which each student will be assigned one faculty member who will see the progress of the student during the course period. In the current COVID period, we have conducted classes through online mode without diluting the quality of lecture and pay extra attention, so that the students should feel the experience like regular classroom teaching. We have conducted many webinars for the students to fill the gap of regular guest lecturers which we generally used to conduct in the offline mode. The objective of our Institute is not only to develop good corporate managers but also to develop a good human being who can contribute his services to society and in general for the welfare of the nation as a whole. We are committed to providing you best possible placement in the domain selected. We have also a team of dedicated faculty members for conducting the PDP Session.
