Mr. N. S Bhandari has over 10 years experience in field of Library & Information Science. He has obtained his B. Lib & Inf. Science Degree from Panjab University in the year 1999. Thereafter he has obtained M. Lib & Inf. Science from Kurukshetra University in 2002 and further M. Phil in Lib & Inf. Science from Alagappa University and started his career at C.T Institute of Management & IT, Jalandhar in 2001. He has been associated with this institution since its inception in 2002. He is working as a Librarian. He has keen interest in open source software technologies (OSS) and is constantly developing various application based products using OSS technologies.
