Ms. Kitty Mukherjee - Director
Kitty Mukherjee is presently Director IMCOS.
Having an academic experience of nearly fourteen years now before joining Baddi University she worked as Dean- Humanities in Shridhar University, Pilani.

She has the experience of working as Principal and Soft Skills trainer with a leading management institute of ICFAI in Rohtak.

She did her schooling from prestigious schools including Birla Balika Vidyapeeth, Pilani. She is an Arts graduate from Govt. College for Women, Rohtak. She did her M.A. in Sociology from Deptt. of Sociology of M.D. University, Rohtak. She is a Gold Medalist in M.A. Sociology. She has qualified UGC NET examination in Sociology and Mass Communication & Journalism. She has done her P.G. Diploma in Journalism from Indian Institute of Mass Communication, Dhenkanal. She won the SAMVAD- SUN TIMES award for Excellence in Print Journalism. She has done Masters’ Degree in Management (MBA) also with specialization Marketing.

Her interests in management streams lead her to do her Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Pondicherry University.

She has worked in I.I.M.C., Dhenkanal as a Faculty member. Her specialization has been communication. She worked in Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad as an ACADEMIC ASSOCIATE in Communication area. She has conducted ‘Interview Module’ for final year students of IIM-A. She has conducted various workshops on Personality Development &‘Communication Skills’. Her current area of specialization is Print Journalism, Corporate Communication, Soft Skills & Personality Development.
